We are proud to be associated with another family business, PUDDING LANE™ who create by hand the most amazing variety of Christmas Puddings.

Each pudding is hand-made in Newcastle Australia with the finest of fruit & select ingredients; fresh Free Range eggs, fresh butter, locally baked fresh bread ( that they crumb ), flour, spices and the finest matured in Oak Australian Brandy from the famous Barossa Valley.

Every pudding is individually mixed,weighed out and shaped,tied up in natural Calico with string , boiled in the cloth, in the traditional method for many hours in the old style gas fired "coppers" then hung individually on a line to naturally dry, age and mature.

 With a feeling for those who prefer no mixed fruit there is the very moreish Date & Toffee log.

Also using the same methods they produce delightfully decadent range of chocolate dessert puddings, incorporating a blend of dark chocolate mud cake and a moist fruit pudding in various flavours”.
