We are proud to be associated with another family business, PUDDING LANE™ who create by hand the most amazing variety of Christmas Puddings.

Each pudding is mixed using the finest ingredients, the highest grade of mixed fruit, fresh bread crumbs, fresh cracked eggs and the best Australian brandy, they are individually weighed out into lined boiling cloths and cooked in old fashioned ”coppers”. With a feeling for those who prefer no mixed fruit there is the very moreish Date & Toffee log.

Also using the same methods they produce delightfully decadent range of chocolate dessert puddings, incorporating a blend of dark chocolate mud cake and a moist fruit pudding in various flavours”.
