Christmas Fare

Our Puddings are proudly hand-made in Newcastle Australia with the finest of fruit & select ingredients; fresh eggs, fresh butter, fresh breadcrumbs, flour, spices & matured Barossa Valley Brandy.

Each and every Pudding made is individually mixed, weighed out and shaped, tied up in Calico with string, boiled in the cloth, in the traditional method for many hours in old style "coppers" then hung individually on a line to dry & mature, just in time for Christmas.
